Business News for 2019

We just wanted to address a few things impacting Glory Glory Gifts and our customers for 2019.

**First, the US Postal Service is increasing their rates this year, effective on January 27, 2019.

• USPS First Class packages are increasing an average of 11.9%*
  
  • Note that USPS First Class Package Service pricing will change from a flat rate per ounce to zone-based pricing per ounce
• USPS Priority Mail increases an average of 5.9%*.
• Changes in weight distribution of packages will affect pricing on USPS packages starting in June
• 
  

Don't shoot the messenger! We will be adjusting the flat rate that is charged at our eBay Store shipments for customers to pay. We do not provide free shipping on most of these low cost items and this is the reason why ~

Using our 4 oz. holy water bottles as an example ~ many customers buy multiples of the item. Our price is $1.80 each and we  have a flat shipping fee of $2.66 (soon to be raised), regardless if you buy 1 or 10. Our competitors have the same exact item and they charge, on average, $5.79 to $8.75 for 1 or 2 bottles max. Those prices are first off, ridiculous and secondly people looking for multiples of the same item are looking to save money and not be fleeced. Our items are no less in quality then the others. Our pricing is to benefit our customers. That's all.

What we charge for shipping is the exact cost to do so. The shipping cost can be found on the address label.

We also offer much lower pricing for bulk sale items. If you are interested contact us! We already provide churches, prayer groups and other ministries with our products.

**We will not be making any adjustments to the website postal charges. Those charges are already specific to each item's weight and postage will be automatically calculated based on the delivery address.

**ALL of the website purchases will be shipped from one of our other locations and not from our main office.  Holy land products will continue to be shipped Monday-Saturday. All other items will be shipped Monday-Friday. **Most of the items on the eBay store will continue to be shipped from here at our main office.

**We will continue to have less and less holy land products available for purchase. As they are discontinued we will not be replacing them.

**We WILL BE continuing to increase our Sterling Silver collections on the website. We are proud to be a new retailer of these beautiful items that are made in New England by silversmiths and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

**REMINDER ~ if you are looking for specific products that you do not see on either the eBay store or the website contact us!! We literally have thousands of items available to us with the click of a mouse. We find the perfect item for people all the time and all they  had to do was ask.
