Happy first day of Summer! I can't believe that it is already upon us. I feel like it was just Christmas and here we are halfway to it again. Unbelievable.
I just have a few tidbits that I would like to address, with the first being feedback on your purchases. We love your feedback and also hearing from you on who your purchases are for and the things that you are willing to share with us about your life. We share in your joys and your sorrows. It is our honor to pray for your intentions. Sometimes issues do arise in an order, and we totally understand it, but please don't just leave neutral or negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation. Our response and making it right is also part of your buying experience with us, so it is important for you to reach out if there is an issue. We also need to know if a product is defective or our description a bit off. It is our goal to make you as happy as possible but you have to give us the opportunity to do that. At least be fair in your assessment of your total experience shopping with us. We can't fix it if we don't know about it, so please contact us FIRST, if there is an issue, and kindly respond to our emails. Give us a chance to make it right ~ even the postal issues. We have no control over the USPS once a package leaves our locations... However, we will try to go above and beyond and work with them to find out where packages are and opening cases for missing mail. We will also replace items that have gone off the grid, sometimes.

It's been a very odd, and even unsettling, year as far as our store is concerned. We have had numerous newbies buying from us, which is fabulous, but we have also seen an increase in fraud. What seems to be new accounts can very much be fraudulent accounts; we are learning that this year. When anyone purchases from our store, we will send a follow up email thanking you for your purchase. If you receive it and didn't purchase something contact us immediately and then ebay. Also, take the time to check all of your information on ebay to make sure that it is current and correct. We do not have access to any of your personal information. It is you, the consumer, that is responsible for keeping your information current and safe. So, if we ship something to Miami, and you claim to live in Boynton Beach, the onus is on you, not us. So please make sure your info is correct. We want you to be safe!
In the daily operations of our business we sometimes come across people that think that they can be lude, crude and just nasty in their messages and comments to us. I'll tell you right now, that will not be tolerated and not only will your account be blocked, we will also report you to ebay. The same holds true for our Facebook page, you will be blocked. We need to feel safe!
We seem to be having major issues scheduling the daily Gospels, and study notes, on our Word of God Bible Study page. Facebook changed the way that we can schedule posts and everything we have tried has failed. Until I figure out how to do it correctly, I will be linking the readings of the day from the USCCB site. The important thing is that you can still receive the readings of the day. There's no need for you to worry about where they are coming from. We will worry about that.
Even though it is Summer now don't forget to say your daily prayers and get to Mass on Sundays, and weekdays if you can! It's so important to keep God in your life, even if you are on vacation. At the moment, we have a selection of 252 types of rosary beads and chaplets on the store, to fit every budget and taste. We also have Bibles, prayer books, prayer cards and more. Pray!
